HSBC CEO Special Theme Dinner

Venue: The Grand, New Delhi

There were over 100 top business heads and country representatives from across the globe visiting India - many of them for the first time.
The HSBC CEO hosted a special dinner for these delegates and wanted to have give them an experience that they would remember for a long long time.
Since there were 90% foreign nationals having tasted an Indian dish in their home country, we decided to have each of them prepare an Indian dish with their own hands and then eat it.
It first it was a challenge but with the help of The Grand hotel's head chef, we finally hosted an event which for us too was first of it's kind.
Teams were divided and each team was given a dish to prepare.
Detailed planning with each dish's raw material was sourced and prepared for the guests.
What surprised us most was the over whelming support & enthusiasm with which each guest participated. That really made the difference.
Beautiful and versatile Sonali Gupta, a popular MC hosted the show and ensured everyone had a great time while preparing each dish.
